@MojangSupport could you guys please help me reset my password for my account. I don’t receive the reset request emails and yes I’ve checked my spam. I’ve also read all your troubleshooting articles, they don’t help me at all. I need a real person’s assistance.

Right, my transaction ID is from 2012 when I originally purchased the game. Is that still alright? Is there any idea on how long it will be before I hear back?
