@MojangSupport I've sent a ticket about a month ago and didn't receive response. I can't access my minecraft account and I don't receive any email from the password recovery method. Can you help?

Hello, I still didn't received any response from the ticket submitted (about to do 2 months in about a week). How can I check if the ticket is still open?
