@MojangSupport Wanted to confirm if your current backlog is more than 45 days? If it isn't, you've somehow managed to skip my ticket in your system. Getting rather fed up that i can't play the game I paid for.

Granted but that doesn't tell me if my ticket is in the system or how long it's going to take. Can you get a customer service manager to come and speak to the ever increasing number of people who seem to have missing tickets? These metrics should be easily obtained

This is the thread i was referring to before, @MojangSupport. New ticket number is 1246271. I'd like to speak to someone as my original ticket was submitted in April. Please help me!
