@mojangsupport had 2 major crashes on Minecraft dungeons (PS4PRO). Both times on Cacti Canyon and resulted in corrupted character data that needed to be deleted. It occurs after black boxes appear on the screen and if you go in to the character menu.

I'm sorry to hear that happened! I would go ahead and report that here: bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… so that the developers can see and look into it further. ^AS
