@MojangSupport hey! My daughter is having an issue getting the game to open. The last time this happened (a few mths ago) she lost everything having to delete the app and reinstall. Please help.. she’s worked hard on this!

I'm sorry to hear that's happening! I would go ahead and report that here: bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… so that the developers can see and look into it further. ^AS
