@MojangSupport I own the hero version on switch with my linked MS account. For almost 24 hours now I have not been able to get past this screen. PLEASE HELP, Thank you 🙏

There is a number of people who have reported this bug on that site. No one seems to be responding or helping to resolve it.

Here is the fix, you can share with others having this issue. - Put your switch into airplane mode start the game - go to the start screen and open the options - Select game > configure online play > sign out of your Microsoft account - close the game (1/2)

- turn off airplane mode - start the game again and sign back into your Microsoft account. (2/2)
