@MojangSupport My java realm is currently broken with a 9 month left subscription. It says "World stuck in SWITCHING_SLOT." I tried closing the realm & Switching worlds, all it did was load forever and nothing would actually fix. Please send help I just wanna play with my friends

The problem you've described sounds like a temporary issue and should have been resolved now. Please try again, and email us at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… if you're still having the same problem. ^RL
