@MojangSupport hey, I can't login to Minecraft. I haven't played for years so possibly it's an old account? Can you help me? I'm not able to get the reset emails so I assume it's not a mojang account.

My transaction ID? If I had that I'd probably have my user name dude! It was like 10 years ago! I need my old username and a password reset. Can you not find it from my email. It's that simple.
