I recently bought a Minecraft Realm to play with some friends but we are experiencing server-sided lag. My guess is that the server is ran somewhere far from me (I'm located in Hungary). Is there any way to solve this issue @MojangSupport ?

I did send an email through filling that out, only thing I got was a response from BongoCat through your services. I can try doing it again now attaching my transaction ID.
