@MojangSupport I cannot log into my account or migrate the original minecraft account. I have my original transaction ID from 2011 and account name but it doesn't seem to work anymore. I was able to play a few years ago but I don't remember how I was able to play.

I’ve got a similar issue and I’m paying for a realms subscription that I am unable to use, will I be able to claim back for the month I’m about to miss out on if it’s going to take 40 days?

April 24th was when I put in a ticket for help. I even went and made this twitter account to try and get a response. I wish you better luck than what I am having.

Are you though? I mean a 40 day window to respond seems like a lot of patience. This is an unacceptable duration to see any of response to his ticket.
