@MojangSupport When would you process refund tickets? I tried buying Hero Edition from mcdungeons website and it's card info error after error but it still took my money w/o receiving the game. It took my money FOUR TIMES for trying several times, hello? Refund my 120$ please.

@MojangSupport Already did and got a reply but it told me to wait for 7-10 days for cases that money got deducted but the game license wasn't sent. The thing is it charged me 4 times on May 26. It's June 6 now and the money isn't back yet. Please reply like a human not a bot.
