Did you see an error about verifying game ownership when trying to play? This is being investigated and is close to a resolution. We'll let you know when it's fixed.

Yes. There is no cloud savegame. If you reinstall you lose your savegame.

That's why I play on PS4 edition. Because it has almost 0 game breaking bugs, and even has a system to prevent too much lag. Legacy doesn't have the Nether update but it's so much smoother and there isn't really the chance of corruption and chunk loss.
