Did you see an error about verifying game ownership when trying to play? This is being investigated and is close to a resolution. We'll let you know when it's fixed.

This issue is still not resolved. I have attempted to request a refund and it was rejected as I have 'owned' the game for too long. This is unacceptable @XboxSupport and is against Australian consumer law.

Are codes really regional if so that is sad I gifted a code to my friend in Canada and the redemption code was not working. Or this this part of the bug
