Can't get the dlc

It's been 4 months since I made the ticket, and no answer... nice support!

Getting unable to verify game still.

I paid for the Hero Edition and not only does this game not work because you can't seem to "verify ownership" but the Hero DLC doesn't even show on my account to download. I want my money back.

I have checked there on the xbox one and i dont have it showing up

How to play with a friend on my Pc, when i have only Keyboard/mouse and one pad? It is possible?

Does this title support play anywhere? I purchased the Hero edition on Xbox and want to play on Windows 10 as well. I have Game Pass Ultimate. Do I need to purchase the DLC separately on PC?

I bought the hero edition through the Launcher not Windows 10. WHERE IS MY HERO PASS STUFF??????????????

I installed the regular edition that comes on Xbox game pass pc and was able to play earlier. But now it says it can't verify my ownership of your game so I can't play it. Please fix this!

i was playing for about an hour game crashed. re-opened to "Unable to verify ownership" error.
