I'm still having this issue. I've tried Repairing, Resetting, changing permissions on my Windows Apps folder, restarting my computer, signing out and back in, nothing is working.

Im trying to play on Xbox One. When i start the game it sends me to the store, the store says that i already have the game but still, i cant play

I have the same issue. Looking forward to enjoying the game. Once I do what do I do to make sure Hero is installed on the PC too as I purchased that as well.

Any update on this? I should have access both with GamePass on PC, as well as outright purchased the game.

I just purchased the game about an hour ago and I am unable to play it due to ownership!
