I can't even get the game to install let alone open , the troubleshooting tool is useless and I have updates enabled.

Any updates? @MojangStatus seems to think its getting better, but it's not clear which kinds of setup are corrected and if user action is needed.

Do the online characters have to social distance on the servers and that is causing this to fail? You had a long beta. Rollback your recent changes and deploy more Azure verification servers. No reason to be hitting this in PROD. It's Minecraft, you knew this was coming ;)

I bought the game on Microsoft but when I use the launcher it says "Buy Now" essentially saying that I didn't buy it...
