Another update would be nice. Seemed to work just fine up until about 3:30 pm EST, and as I tried to get on just a half hour ago, it did the verify game ownership thing. Also experienced it at 4 am EST this morning, but figured it was launch jitters after it resolved quick

Ok but are you still working on it or did everyone fall asleep over there? We're desperate for literally any kind of status update. Not a good look to have radio silence on this for 15 hours now especially when you also claim everything is good to go.
