@MojangSupport Hello Mojang,I have a problem with Minecraft bedrock Edition on xbox one. My problem is that I no longer come into my world "There was a problem loading this world." It is there. and I don't know what to do, but I would be very grateful if you at least answer me.

I don't come into my world for 3 days. I can still create and play other worlds but only this one no longer. I've called support twice, but to no avail. By the way, when that happened, I think xbox had a server crash or something, so the world is out of sync with Xbox.
