@MojangSupport I’ve been trying to buy my son the Java version of Minecraft for the last 3 days through the parental permission link. I’ve tried different credit cards, browsers, and gettting a prepaid card, it always errors. Is there a problem with the payment portal?

I’ve tried everything from that page. And since he’s under 13 and requires parental consent, that process starts a loop (he sends me an email, I try to buy, and still get an error - no matter the credit card I try or browser I’m in). When I try prepaid card, it’s the same thing
