@MojangSupport Ive tried for some time and opened tickets but nothing I have done will get a response about my account that I can not get a password reset for ... can you help?

STILL have not gotten a response about my account ... this is also the 2nd time Ive tried to fix this. your support process does not support anybody from what I have seen
