@MojangSupport Hi, my friend is having trouble retrieving an email account for his old minecraft account, what is the best way to get through to you about this because on the help centre you need to provide an email associated with the minecraft account, what should he do?

Please send us an email at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… and we will assist. You can let your friend know to include an email he has access to, and then include the rest of the details in the ticket body. Hope this helps! ^SP
