I sent 2 emails and have waited 4 months for a response even if generic. My Xbox one minecraft worlds were all corrupted and I never have gotten any response. Really? I'm more patient than most but this is how you lose customers for life.

and the person who made it changed my username and my skin. I managed to change the password and recover the account but I can't change the username, the skin I had is lost because I no longer have it.
