Appreciate everything @MojangSupport but I believe a new issue has arisen and I don't know if you guys are aware because my realm was working perfectly but all of a sudden it says I never paid for it and that it needs to be renewed althouhgh I paid for it right after the update..

Since the update I haven't been able to access the realm I'm working on. Others see I am in there but my screen says joining realm & building terrain. This doesn't change. I haven't been blocked from the realm as it's my work realm for Minecraft marketplace maps. Please help
