hey ive been trying for 2-3 weeks now to reset my password because i got logged out and cant remember the PW. i get no emails after putting my email in the recover PW thing, but the tech ticket i logged immediately sent an email saying traffic is high. i just wanna play MC

I definitely understand that you're being flooded with support tickets but My daughter's account was hacked as well as her email and we've had a ticket since late May with no help.
