In my Xbox 1 in the servers tab there is no featured servers that show up. It is just a blank screen when I go to the featured servers tab whereas there are nothing to click.

hey mojang, i installed minecraft recently and i can't put my microsoft account whenever i squeeze on "access for free" gives error and the game closes, I downloaded on mobile and there is no update pending

Someone got in my account, changed the credentials but I never got a email saying that my password got changed. I don't receive the password reset emails. I don't have a transaction ID since i got it through a gift card back in 2015. Contacted support 2 weeks ago. I'm stressed.

i have tried multiple times to reset my password and now i wont let me go on servers. please i have sent in a request by email on august 31st and no response besides the auto response. all the did was send me in circles.
