I'm having problems with ps4 Minecraft, the game is taking too long on the loading screens, and when I finally enter, it crashes on the Home screen. I'm already 5 days without being able to enter the game, I've tried restarting nothing else.

Pretty sure my account got hacked and am trying to recover both my Minecraft account and my steam account, I've been waiting for about an hour, but whoever it was got into my email, steam, Minecraft, and possibly other things.

So I cant remember the security questions on my account, but when I go on my mums phone to reset it, when I am in the process of changing it it asked me to put the security questions i am trying to reset
