Dear Support, I‘m still waiting for help. My second request for a Passwort-Reset was sent weeks ago! The first one was deleted by Mojang because of the high volumes of requests during corona (wtf? It was from February). I don‘t get any mails from the Passwort-reset system. No go!

I just got Minecraft and I’ve been playing but all the sudden it won’t load I’ve been on the red screen for about 2 hours now and my brother is perfectly fine
