hi mojang support i got a Problem that is not ok at all i already brought the minecraft Java Edition and Play the game very often but today i logged in with my acc and now it says that i didnt brought the Java Edition i tried everything but i cant do anything to get my acc back

Hi ! So I have been more than an hour in the Minecraft mojang screen (the red one) but nothing happened it just stays there. I already tried closing and opening the app 4 times and I even turned off completely the PS4 and started again 3 times but nothing happens. What can I do ?

I try logging in it says that my email or password is wrong but its not, i also tried resetting my password and it wont send an email.. help me please!!
