thanks for the copy paste, so nice of you to actually reply for once, after sooooooo many tweets... 2 months is way too long. and im not the only one, i see your account replying to so many others with the same issue as me, hacked account, waiting several months with no reply.

why cant you prioritize these more important issues and actually reply to these tickets? why do i have to wait multiple months to regain access to my account that i've spent thousands of hours on and hundreds of dollars across many different servers?
