@MojangSupport my sons Minecraft game won’t load on the Xbox One. It was fine up until a couple of days ago...it syncs the user days then says the following pic and shuts the Xbox down. Any clues?

I'm sorry to hear that's happening! I would go ahead and report that here: bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… so that the developers can see and look into it further. ^AS
