@MojangSupport I purchased a Duck Tales DLC in January and still cannot use it within the game. I submitted a help desk in January and after three months waiting somebody responded but has since ghosted me. Please help.

I just re-submitted. This is not really the help I was hoping for, it took three months the last time I submitted for this very same issue. Anyway to expedite? Or escalate to a more senior tech? My new case number is 669506.
