@MojangSupport hi, I logged a legacy account transfer request nearly a month ago and I've had nothing back but a generic reply. I understand limitations due to current circumstances, but a month for a reply.... Unacceptable.

It's now been 4 months... What's you excuse now. Literally the worst customer service I've ever seen from a company.
