@MojangSupport please, without a copied and pasted response, explain how it takes more than six weeks to even get a response about a stolen account. do I need to tweet and email daily? submit a hundred more tickets?

Hey there, I know it's frustrating to have to wait so long for a response. We've been seeing an increased volume of tickets lately. We try to respond to tickets as quickly as possible in the order they were received. We appreciate your patience! ^SP

Frustrating? what tech support on the planet takes this long for a legitimate response, let alone a solution? I've submitted everything you need. it's a read and fix job.
