@MojangSupport My friend has been trying for months now to get access to his Minecraft account back. I bought it for him as a gift, I've provided both the original receipt as well the credit card statement showing the purchase. What gives?

"Quickly as possible" when the first ticket put in for this was back in September 2019. That's not remotely quick.
