@MojangSupport January 22 - I submit a ticket to get help with my account. Received several form emails offering no help. April 8 - Receive email saying all tickets have been purged, submit again. April 10 - Submit another ticket. May 12 - Still no reply. 4 Months!!!

Thank you for the standard response which proves that there’s no real person there who is actually working on issues. Talk to you again next month when there will again be no progress on my ticket.
