@MojangSupport over 5 months now since I requested a password reset, provided my transaction ID and explained I wasn't receiving the automated email. Still nothing but 1 copy/paste answer then an email asking me to raise again because you took too long.

what's the current wait time? Is it over 5 months for a response?
