@MojangSupport My account seems to be hacked since April 14th, email & password have been changed. How do I proceed to receive back control of my account?

So I have sent that email at which I received an auto-reply that said if the information there doesn't help I have to reply to the email. Some time later I still have not received any steps towards a resolution to get my account back... I can imagine a busy period but >7 days...

I received a reply on Aug 21, that is three months. My ticket is closed 14days later giving me no chance to reply. Can I request to pick up my ticket 1110653 again so I can get my account transfered to my new account?
