@MojangSupport I logged a ticket about someone gaining unauthorized access to my account back in December and haven't heard back from anyone; I know you currently have a backlog, but I can't believe it takes 5 months to clear a backlog. How far away from December items are you?

Sure, but if you look at the last ticket you did, what month was it from? At the very least that would give us some idea as to whether it could be our turn sooner rather than later
