@MojangSupport its been 3 months since ive opened a ticket to get access to the game i have a receipt for. What is it going to take for me to access to what I paid for?

Its been months. How do i even know if my ticket is open? I also have sent in everything verifying my purchase, why would it take so long to unlock the game? It isn't highly technical at all. Should I just submit another ticket? 3 months is ridiculous
