@MojangSupport I have been unable to purchase coins or use the payment method on Minecraft I get the following error message. I tried logging out and in. Also tried resetting the iPad.

I have been on this site and there are no suggestions as to how to fix this. This seemed to happen after we did the iPad update. I used the link on this page that brought me to here.
