@MojangSupport Guys please. Please help me out. I have sent requests to the email, reached out to you guys on twitter, and for months no progress has been solved on my issues. This is honestly becoming upsetting. I just want to play a game I already own. PLEASE HELP.

I purchased the game in mid 2011. I have email everytime you've told me to do so and have gotten one response and then nothing after I reply. I feel like if I can just talk to someone this issue would be resolved so quickly. Instead Im stuck in limbo.

@MojangSupport I can't afford to buy the game again. I don't have that kind of money to spend on a game I already own. Your automatic reply thing said "no need to rebuy!" but none of the solutions it gave me worked.

I'm so sorry to hear you're having trouble with your game. If you're able to, reply to the automated email and it will place you in queue where someone will assist you as soon as possible. Hope this helps! ^SP
