@MojangSupport Guys please. Please help me out. I have sent requests to the email, reached out to you guys on twitter, and for months no progress has been solved on my issues. This is honestly becoming upsetting. I just want to play a game I already own. PLEASE HELP.

I've received this automated message so many times. I'd really like actual help instead of this. I know you guys are short on staff and whatnot, but this has been going on for 5 months. I don't understand why I haven't been at the front of the queue.
