@MojangSupport Hi I’m trying to recover an old account and I’ve attempted using your ticket raising support method but had no luck , is it possible if you could look into this for me ?

Thank you for clarifying , I raised the original ticket 5 weeks ago and got no response so was wondering if there was a issue with the system ? If there is could you please look into the recovery for me , my account got migrated to an email which isn’t mine and now I can’t log in
