@MojangSupport It's been almost 4 weeks with no response to my email ticket. God forbid anyone have anything time sensitive that they need help with. I HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN ABLE TO START THE PROCESS OF TRYING TO GET BACK MY 7 YEAR OLD ACCOUNT

If you try to respond as quickly as possible almost 3 weeks does not seem fast AT ALL. Maybe try to respond in AT LEAST A WEEK. You guys really need to respond a lot faster to the tickets. You are always replying on twitter but not actually getting anything done at all.
