@MojangSupport @Minecraft I wrote a support ticket two months ago, providing my transaction ID and asking for help. Since then I contacted you several times, but I never heard back from you.

Hi, is it really realistic that you didn't get around to my ticket from March 30th because it seems highly unlikely and I'm getting really tired of no reaction at all.
