@MojangSupport I wanted to play Minecraft with my niece while we are stuck at home. She is on Xbox One and I am Windows 10. I bought the Java Edition and it doesn't work. Can I switch my version to the proper one to play with her? Or can I get a refund? I contacted support.

I've done so and only get a list of articles to read sent to me. Can I get a refund? or a voucher to to get the proper version to play coop from Windows 10 to Xbox One?
