Thank you for your reply. It would not take any of his credit or debit cards. It kept telling him to verify card info. I then tried with my own card info and got the same error message. Once I attempted payment with my personal PayPal account the purchase went through.

I noticed that there was no option to put cardholder name in the info form, and I’m wondering if that was part of the issue?
