@MojangSupport Can anyone assist with the 'Stuck in Beta' issue? Many people are experiencing this issue and there is no fix. I have had 2 support tickets closed on me automatically without any human intervention or a fix. Following bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-… has given me no help.

@MojangSupport Bug is already being tracked under MCPE-33270. The bug means that you cannot access the production 1.14 version of Bedrock - meaning Realms are inaccessible. Can you assist in removing the Beta opt-in from my account manually so MS can push 1.14 instead of 1.15?
