@MojangSupport Hey, I've tried using your support email to help with a realms issue and y'all sent me an automated email that doesn't help and then don't respond to my follow up. It's happened 3 times and I've been wasting money for like 2 weeks over this. Can y'all help?

Okay, but is 3 weeks of no response normal for y'all rn? Not even a check-in message or anything? Because I've almost ran through my month of realms sub and I haven't been able to play a minute of it. It's kind of frustrating to get no idea if it's gonna be gotten to or anything.
