@MojangSupport I’m unable to sign into my Microsoft account on my PS4 to play cross-platform. I am able to log in on the Microsoft and Xbox websites, but I’m still getting “We tried to sign you in to your Microsoft Account, but something went wrong.”

I searched through the forums and couldn’t find what I was looking for. I can’t sign in to submit a ticket because the username email isn’t sending (password reset did). Is there another way to submit a ticket without signing in with a mojang account?
